One of the major changes currently underway is the provision of Business Link Services with each region reviewing and reorganising delivery arrangements. To improve customer satisfaction and client penetration the core business support services will be delivered under the Information, Diagnosis and Brokerage (IDB) Model. In addition to adopting new delivery models, many of the Business Links will also undergo major organisational change, including mergers with other Business Links, Chambers of Commerce and private sector companies.
