Employee and Staff Attitude Surveys
The performance of individuals underpins the success of organisations. We at QED Consulting therefore attach great importance in:
- Considering what motivates employees to do their best
and
- Understanding their concerns, barriers or issues which can negatively effect their performance and productivity.
A number of methods can be used to consult employees including online and email questionnaires, face to face and telephone interviews and focus groups. They can be used to gauge their feelings on management – employee relations, organisation culture, career development, working conditions, training, recognition and rewards.
The survey responses are analysed with findings communicated to the staff and used to revise policies and procedures to better meet employee needs.
