A work life balance is respected with people working the hours to suit both QED and their personal / family life. There is great flexibility with a two way relationship of give and take and trust between staff and the Management. Employees are trusted to do their job professionally and efficiently in return for flexible working. For example if staff have medical, financial appointments or their childs' school plays to attend they are at liberty to fit their work around their life, so long as client’s needs are fully met.
The internal structure is based on a flat hierarchical system. Everybody’s opinion counts no matter what position or level of seniority. The company operates an open door policy, business performance, plans, budgets and targets are communicated in our monthly full team meetings, making everyone feel valued and part of a real team.

We believe that to be effective, a consultancy must be large enough to have a critical mass of expertise and capacity in order to meet clients' demands, but must also stay focused to maintain standards and quality of service.
